Guarantee

Our guarantee: Customers not satisfied with Miracle Caster products may return products for a refund of the purchase price, less our shipping and handling costs. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date we ship the items and the items must be received by us in like-new condition. Customers must pay all costs associated with return shipping. Miracle Casters are guaranteed against failure when used on carpeted surfaces. If any Miracle Caster should fail within 10 years of purchase while being used on a carpet, return the caster(s) with a copy of the purchase receipt and we will send new caster(s). We reserve the right to interpret or amend this return and guarantee policy as we may see fit, with or without notice.
